The main engines of the Greek economy are its shipping industries and tourism.

    Greece has several famous landmarks which include the Parthenon Temple in the ancient Acropolis located in the city of Athens. The Parthenon is one of the many wonders of the ancient world. As one of the oldest civilizations in the world, Greece’s rich history is kept in its many museums. There is the New Acropolis Museum which houses many Greek, Roman and Byzantine Artifacts, the Old Acropolis Museum and the Byzantine Museum.

    The beaches and islands in Greece are famous in themselves. The beautiful Mediterranean climate coupled with clear blue waters and white beaches makes Greece a tourist’s paradise.
